2 Search for "Kenyatta National Hospital"

3 Get to the services and look for "Medical Research" under online services

4 Click "Apply" on additional services

5 Choose the organization as "Individual" then click on "Next"

6 See your eCitizen details and get to the service details

7 Select the service as "Medical Research" and input the amount you are looking to pay for based on the price categories

8 Click on "Next" and pay with M-Pesa in the last step

9 Upload the downloaded slip/M-Pesa message below
